Announcement of Business Merger with RAS

We are pleased to announce our merger with a 100% wholly owned subsidiary RAS Co., Ltd.

The merger was approved at the board of directors’ meeting on July 31, 2018, and scheduled to officially take place on October 1, 2018.
On that date, our combined company will begin conducting its practice as Reliance Electric Limited. This will not affect any projects that are currently in production. There will be no change in our office locations and phone numbers.

Our main focus is to benefit from more operating resources and business opportunities to diversify our operational domains. Further, our new company will generate more profit and gain competitive strategy and advantages for sustainability and development of our technology and service.
