On March 12, 2016, eighteen volunteers from Reliance Electric, RAS and TAKAOKA TOKO participated in the 3rd Nojima Park Cleanup and collected 400kg of plastic waste. Plastic debris that breaks down into microplastic particles over time has become an invisible threat of toxic chemicals. To conserve the endangered marine wildlife of Nojima that is the only natural seashore in Yokohama City, we are addressing the environmental issue of microplastics contamination and habitat destruction.
