Merger Announcement

We are pleased to announce the completion of the merger between Reliance Electric Limited and RAS, effective October 1, 2018. The new combined organization has started its operations, retaining the name Reliance Electric Limited.
　
As group entities and complementary partners, we have shared a cooperative relationship over the years in the field of automation and control systems for industrial machinery. The combination of our resources will provide greater depth of personnel, financial ties and continued dedication to delivering a higher level of quality goods and customer service.
　
This merger will not affect our business, maintenance or support services. There will be no change in our office locations and phone numbers. Customer service contacts remain the same.
　
We will continue to be customer focused and provide comprehensive services that meet the needs of our customers.
