Jan. 1964 Capitalized at Y25 million jointly by ULVAC Inc. (55%) and Reliance Electric and Engineering Co. (45%) now known as Baldor Electric Company. Engaged in technology and innovation partnership with Baldor Electric Company.
Oct. 1980 Raised capital to 3 million yen.
Apr. 1983 Moved head office to Fukuura Kanazawa-ku along with business growth.
Apr. 1988 Established a subsidiary now known as RAS for service for enhanced support services.
Jul. 1994 Acquired ISO9001 Certification.
Mar. 2003 Changed ownership of shares by ULVAC (91%) and Rockwell International (19%).
Dec. 2003 Acquired ISO14001 Certification.
Jun. 2004 Established ULVAC Automation Technology (Shanghai) Corporation.
Dec. 2004 Set up lead-free SMT facility to reinforce efforts to RoHS.
Mar. 2006 Established ULVAC AUTOMATION TAIWAN Inc.
Jun. 2008 Started dispatch and engineering in Thailand.
Sep. 2010 Changed ownership by ULVAC (100%)
Nov. 2013 Changed ownership of shares by TAKAOKA ELECTRIC MFG. now known as TAKAOKA TOKO (80%) and ULVAC (20%).
Nov. 2017 Changed ownership of shares by AIDA ENGINEERING (80%) and ULVAC (20%).
Jan. 2019 Changed our business name into REJ Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2022 Changed ownership of shares by AIDA ENGINEERING (100%).
