Change of stock ownership

Reliance Electric Limited (hereafter, the Company) hereby announce that 80 percent shares of all stock of the Company will be transferred from Takaoka Toko Co., Ltd. that had been the largest shareholder of the Company to Aida Engineering, Ltd. as follows:
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
Effective date : November 1, 2017
Before the share transfer : 80% owned by Takaoka Toko, 20% ULVAC
After the share transfer : 80% owned by Aida Engineering, 20% ULVAC (unchanged)
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
After the change of the major shareholder, the Company will work alongside Aida Engineering to further improve the performance of the Company by leveraging Aida’s global network and extensive development capabilities with the aim of expanding existing business and building a new business model that enables the Company to enhance corporate capabilities in all aspects.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
This change of major shareholder does not have any impact on Company business.
