Announcement of Business Name Change

Dear Sirs;
　
We, Reliance Electric Limited, are changing our business name into REJ Co., Ltd. for company’s recognition. This change was approved at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders on December 7th, 2018 and is scheduled to officially take effect on January 1, 2019.
　
Along with the recent merger with our subsidiary RAS, we have opted for a name change of our business to build a sense of teamwork among our employees, share performance goals, joint work efforts and increase productivity. This strategic alliance with RAS for human resources and technology solutions has also added to our strength and credentials in the field of industrial automation services and machine control systems.
　
As the new name REJ stands for “Remarkable Engineering Company Japan”, we will make more efforts than ever toward providing excellent services and developing high quality products.
